Ron Martin, CEO

Ron understands every aspect of the project from his thirty-five years as a progressively responsible executive in the commercial, residential, municipal and educational construction industries serving in the field and office-level positions. His background includes entrepreneurial hands-on involvement in numerous successful construction projects throughout the Southeast, specializing in general contracting and Airport structure construction. Ron is an experienced leader who delivers quality projects.

Ron is a Certified Licensed General Contractor in the States of Georgia, Florida, Alabama and Mississippi.

Sherrae Barlow, Director of Construction

Sherrae Barlow has over 20 years of experience across both the commercial and residential sectors to include large scale projects.  Projects include the 1.1 billion dollar upgrade to the 1.2 million square-foot Indianapolis International Airport in 2008, and the $320 million dollar construction of a five-mile tunnel connecting the Chattahoochee River, Hemphill Water Treatment Plant and the former Bellwood Quarry to create a new 2.4-billion-gallon water reservoir for the City of Atlanta.  Sherrae is the Director of Construction for RFB Contractors. In this role she is responsible for ensuring company goals are achieved, driving improvement within the organization, and promoting team growth. 

Sherrae holds a BS in Construction Engineering and Associates in Civil Technology and Architectural Technology from Purdue University. She is also certified in Construction Management.

Sherrae is very active in the community outreach. She serves as board chair for Wings of Elegance Inc.,  a girls’ empowerment non-profit organization that works with high school age youth to develop life skills, college-readiness and conflict resolution skills.  Sherrae is also a dedicated advocate for the homeless community contributing her time to serving that population.
